How soon can i have my brainstorming session?
We respond to initial bookings within 24 hours and schedule sessions at least 48 hours in advance.
If you submit a booking on Monday at 5 pm, we will reach out to you by Tuesday at 5 pm. Wednesday at 5 pm will be the soonest time to have the session.
If you book on Wednesday at 9 am, we will reach out to you by Thursday at 9 am. Friday at 9 am will be the soonest time to have the session.

When will i receive my edits?
We require at least 48 hours for 1-page edits and 72 hours for 2-page edits.
If you submit a 1-page edit on Monday at 5 pm, you will receive your edited document by Wednesday at 5 pm .
If you submit a 2-page edit on Wednesday at 9 am, you will receive your edited document by Saturday at 9 am.
Note: You may receive your edited document before the 48- or 72-hour mark. However, to ensure high-quality, thorough edits, reviews could take up the full amount of hours.
